Line tape

The line belt is used between an organizer and a palletizing unit, and is suitable for uniform feeding of products for palletizing.

The line belt is used to transport the necessary amount of stones for palletizing. At the same time, the line belt has the function of accumulating the stones, thereby ensuring that there is always stone available for the palletizing unit.

The line conveyor has a built-in sensor at the back of the conveyor to prevent the system from overflowing. If the sensor is activated, it will stop the part of the system that comes before the line conveyor.

Line belts can be composed of several lanes, so they function as a line that can be integrated into a line control, with individual action sequences. This is possible because each line section has its own gear and traction station.

Venning uses standard components in our construction, but since a process is rarely a standard solution, we can combine and vary the elements to create the right solution for you.
