Block machine 75/120

The Venning Block Machine VMF 75/120 is the heart of the production, for the production of concrete cast products.

The machine is built around a heavy-duty machined frame, with a focus on speed, stability, durability, serviceability, and easy access for cleaning.

The machine is powered by hydraulics and servo/electric motors. The hydraulic unit of 2 x 55Kw is located in a different room than the machine itself, which means that noise and heat generation are minimized in the production room itself. The valve cabinet is located on the side of the machine, so that the path from valve to consumption is as short as possible.

Valve blocks operate with constant pressure and high flow available, which means that when oil is needed, it will be available immediately, regardless of where the machine cycle has reached.

All hydraulic components are from Bosch Rexroth, which is of the highest quality. All valves are proportional valves, and they all have full feedback for 100% control in terms of control.
