Wreck tip 75/120

Venning Vragtip 75/120 is used in connection with block production to empty casting boards of defective products.

The waste tip is located opposite the control station so that the operator can choose to tip the product into a waste container if the product does not comply with the specified requirements.

The Vragtip 75/120 is pneumatically driven and works by lifting the casting board with product at an oblique angle, after which a scraper removes the product. The casting board is then lowered and sent into circulation as an empty casting board.
